The base clock speed (4 GHz) is the same on both but the 8370 has a slightly higher “Max Turbo” (4.3 vs. 4.2) so this difference is very small. An overclocking motherboard will negate the difference. Maybe in overclocking the 8370 has a higher headroom but I haven’t seen it personally. These two Cinebench are virtually identical. Also have an 8350 on the same mb.
